CASA SEMPRINI
A penthouse in Rimini, near the sea, where a few furnishings stand in the space like sculptures. The attic features many dormer windows, large glass walls, and abundant light. It has clean lines, strong forms, and precise choices in furnishing materials such as wenge for the floor and total white for the walls. Contrasting the contemporary design objects (mostly by Semprini) are a few antique pieces. The prestigious magazine Architectural Digest has described the style of this project as Minimal Warm.
Reading, music, and food become the actors in an evolving theater of shifting colors. A scenography of fluidly shaped objects, spectators of ancient rituals that have always marked the life and habits of individuals.
GREEN HOME
Green Home is ironic, technological, and elegant. It only appears to be a small refuge…
With a strong sensitivity to materials and technologies, comfort, and refined design, the project stems from the idea that modern living should be a perfect blend of functionality, creativity, beauty, environmental respect, and poetry.
From this fundamental idea comes a home—or rather, a concept of living in any place—with a particular focus on respecting nature and seeking the beauty of design.
The structure, which represents the archetype of a house, is built using the most innovative construction techniques to ensure seismic safety, in accordance with the required regulatory standards.
